Nick is our full-time media buyer, producer, screenwriter and videographer. Nick performs all facets of video and audio production, as well as assessment and placement of advertising. He manages our in-house production suite that includes Sony HD cameras, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro and all other support equipment.
Nick services our clients by:
Planning, building and executing comprehensive media strategies for clients the public and private sectors
Negotiating rates and leveraging relationships with media vendors to make sure our clients receive the best rates and maximize budgets.
Nick also works for our clients by researching, planning and placing broadcast, outdoor, print and digital media. Nick uses one of the nation’s leaders in media buying software, STRATA, to ensure the best possible media plans for the budget.
Since joining Burges & Burges Strategists in 2002, Nick has produced television and radio spots as well as short form videos for a wide array of Burges clients. He has also bought media for clients on a statewide, countywide and the local level. Some highlights include:
Enrollment and attendance campaigns with community colleges and school districts as well as levy and bond issues
Ridership and instructional campaigns for transit systems
Awareness and image campaigns for health care and library systems
Judicial campaigns across the State of Ohio from municipal court to the Ohio Supreme Court
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Arts, with an emphasis in video production, from the University of South Carolina. He also holds continuing education certificates in his field.
